Stone house located in the small town of Rabós, next to the mountains of "Les Alberes". Distributed in two renovated apartments which can be rented together or separatedly, with a capacity for 8/9 people all together. The apartment "First Floor", on the first floor consists of a living room, kitchen with microwave, double bedroom with two single beds and bathroom. There's a large terrace with the sightseen view of the plain of "L'Empordà" from the terrasse you can access the second double bedroom with two single beds. There's a walk-in entry on the c/Estret street. The capacity of the house is for 4/5 people. The apartment "PATIO" on the ground floor, the rooms are distributed around the patio: living room with a sofa that can be converted into two single beds and kitchen, a bedroom for 3 people (with a bunk bed and a single bed) and bathroom. Very nice landscaped courtyard. Accessed by walk-in c/ Espolla. For 4/5 people. Both apartments have each one a barbecue. It has not TV but free Wi-fi is available. There's a private laundry service business in the same town, that can be available on demand. Quiet and pleasant, surrounded by nature and with the chance of making all kinds of activities in the area: hiking or biking, visiting nearby wineries, water activities in the Roses or Llançà which are located just a few minutes away from Rabos. -- The village is still rural, unspoilt, romantic. The church clock tolls the hour. There is no through traffic: for one thing, the streets are too narrow; for another, extensive vineyards and terraced olive groves begin on the outskirts of the village, and among them relaxing walks or rambles lead towards the mountains. Yet the beaches – and there are plenty of them – are only 18 mins away by car and range from long stretches of sand, with safe bathing, full amenities and parking to small coves in natural surroundings and perfect seclusion. There are no tides or tidal currents. Our region, at the northern end of the Costa Brava is less developed than the coast further south but still offers endless possibilites for exploration, ranging from the Teatre-Museu Dali in Figueres, with its comprehensive exhibition of the renowned surrealist painter's work ( 1904 - 1989); to the historic city of Girona with its cafes, bars, restaurants and fashionable shops in ancient arcaded streets; to the art-centre, fishing village of Cadaques (where Picasso painted); to the Cap de Creus National Park (Parc Natural de Cap de Creus) park with its precipitious cliffs, rocky coves, and wild rock-strewn scenery. Short excursions from Rabós lead to castles, monastries, outstanding Roman and Greek remains, art galleries, village fiestas, wine cooperatives, museums, delicatessen and the extensive wetlands bird sanctuary of Aiguamolls. For the children, we have on our doorstep a turtle conservation farm with turtles big and small from all over the world. Ten minutes away the once-fortified village of Perelada has an international summer music festival, is famous for Cava ( the twin of champagne), has a five-star, 18-hole golf course that draws visitors from all over Europe and in the grounds of the castle a thriving casino – don't all casinos thrive? The international airport of Girona (listed as Barcelona-Girona) is an hour away. Barcelona itself is two hours away – a full day excursion. 1. Bookings and payment
• Traditional Booking: Reservations can be done by e-mail or telephone, with the assurance that all enquiries will be attended immediately.
If you wish to book a property, please send us your personal details: full name, address, contact telephone number, identity card or passport number and birth date.
In order to confirm your booking, 40% of the total rental fee must be paid as a deposit within a period of 3 days in the following bank account. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.

The remaining amount must be paid 15 days before your arrival by bank transfer or credit card.
A damage deposit of the amount indicated on the reservation voucher has to be pre-authorized with a credit card on arrival. Apartments/Houses: 250/500 €. High Standing Properties: 1000/1500 €, when the keys of the property are collected at the office indicated in the reservation voucher
We remind that reparations or damages to material due to improper use are the client’s responsibility.
Included: Water, electricity and gas consumption (except for central heating). In those apartments with air conditioning a maximum of 20 € consumption per week is included.
There are also available, with previous booking, cots or high-chairs for children.
• Obligatory: Final cleaning price varies depending on the number of bedrooms of the accommodation: 1 bedroom 65 €, 2 bedrooms 80 €, 3 bedrooms 90 €, 4 bedrooms 120 € and 5 bedrooms 140 € (VAT 21% included). The apartment has to be retuned tidy, with clean dishes and with no rubbish.
• Optional: The price to rent linen and towels is of 10 € per person (VAT 21% included).
3. Arrivals and departures
The apartments will be available from 4 PM (16:00h) to 8 PM (20:00h) for arrivals and have to be vacated OBLIGATORY before 10 AM (10:00h) on the departure day. Except during the low and middle seasons, with the pre-confirmation and authorization of the agency, it is possible to occupy and leave the apartments out of these hours.
If you cannot occupy the apartment on the first day of the reservation you must notify Ceigrup of your delay, in other case you will loose all your rights, without being able to claim for any compensation.
It is not permitted to lodge more people than it is allowed in the apartment, as well as to bring pets without the agreement of the agency. There is a surcharge of 30 € per pet in those lodgings that accept them.
The customer commits to respect the stated rules of the community, especially those about the use of the swimming pool and barbecue.
4. Tourist Tax
Following the 5/2012 law, published the 20th March; there is a new tax on stays in tourist establishments in Catalunya. This involves the payment of 3.15 € fee per person in cash on arrival. People between 0 and 16 years old are exempt from paying this tax.
The cancellation fees are applied to the reservation deposit (40%) and are as follows:
• 5% when the cancellation is done prior to 30 days before the arrival (minimum charge: 100 €)
• 50% if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the client’s arrival.
• 100% if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the client’s arrival.

Ceigrup has, under major circumstances or those out of the company’s will, the right to change the accommodation by one of the same characteristics, or in case the customer does not agree, to cancel the contract refunding the total amount of the deposit given.
