data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Palau-saverdera<\/strong> is a village of about 1,500 inhabitants of the region of <strong>Alt Empord\u00e0,<\/strong> which is located at the foot of the southern sierra of Verdera (78 m. Above sea level) slope. The village borders <strong>Roses, the Port de la Selva, La Selva de Mar, Pau and Castell\u00f3 d&#8217;Emp\u00faries.<\/strong> The municipality has an area of \u200b\u200b1,642 hectares divided between the city four developments<strong> (Mas Isaach, Bellavista, Balcony Empord\u00e0 Mas Bohera)<\/strong> and various farmhouses scattered extending across the plain.<\/p>\n<p>Much of the village is located within the natural park of <strong>Cap de Creus<\/strong> and Aiguamolls. In addition, there are various protected by the <strong>Xarxa Natura 2000<\/strong> natural areas. The village has experienced significant growth over recent years as a result of the proliferation of second homes and the drip of people who choose this city to live throughout the year.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This population growth has been accompanied by a good network of public services that Palau-saverdera placed flush with populations with more people. <strong>Palau-saverdera<\/strong> there have been two flats of official protection, the first was 1.993 and the second was awarded in August 2008, there is a school with 300 students and a kindergarten that increases each year number of students.<\/p>\n<p>The village also has a waste plant, a hotel of entities where they can meet and work the different associations, a <strong>Civic Centre<\/strong> with an auditorium where various events and a municipal swimming pool, which operates during the summer are organized.<\/p>\n<p>Another attraction of the town is its location: the town is just 5 kilometers from the beaches of Roses and 19 kilometers from the capital of the region, <strong>Figueres<\/strong>, with important attractions such as the <strong>Dal\u00ed Theatre Museum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
