Preciosa casa adossada en l'emblemàtic paratge de Grifeu amb unes vistes immillorables a la zona de Cap Ras i el golf de la mar d'amunt de Llançà, Colera i Portbou. La casa està distribuïda amb gran cura i detall en tres plantes. A l'entrada de la casa està la zona d'aparcament i la zona de jardinet que va fins a l'altre extrem de la casa fins a la piscina ( que es comuna amb la casa A ). A la primera planta es troba un espaiós bany amb dutxa, un magnífic menjador amb televisor i equip de música , una cuina oberta totalment equipada amb forn, microones, rentavaixelles, microones i una meravellosa terrassa que dóna accés directe a la piscina que sembla estar penjada al mar. Pujant per una impactant escala s'accedeix a la segona planta, amb dues habitacions dobles, armaris encastats i un altre bany amb dutxa. Pujant a la última planta s'accedeix a una zona de descans amb el mobiliari per a la impressionant terrassa, televisió i dutxa exterior i tendal automàtic. La casa disposa de piscina i zonex esteriors compartides amb la casa A i aire condicionat. No és aconsellable per a famílies amb nens per la perillositat de la piscina i del jardí, així com per les escales interiors. La piscina està operativa uns 6 mesos l'any, del 15 d'abril al 15 d'octubre. HUTG-26059

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison bien agencée, parfaitement équipée et agréable à vivre. La vue est superbe et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la discrétion des voisins. La climatisation est un vrai plus en période de chaleur. Quelques petits points d’amélioration : les portes intérieures vitrées laissent passer la lumière et le bruit, ce qui peut gêner un peu, et nous avons perçu une odeur d’humidité persistante pendant le séjour. Malgré cela, l’ensemble est très positif et nous recommandons ce logement. AIRBNB

Mooie woning, de foto's komen overeen met de realiteit. Prachtig uitzicht. Mooi terras op bovenste verdiep met buitendouche. Aangezien andere helft van de woning niet verhuurd/bewoond was hadden we het zwembad voor ons alleen wat zeer aangenaam was, daardoor ook enorme rust. Vaatwasser was stuk, bij eerste gebruik keuken en leefruimte onder water. Geen poetsgerief aanwezig (werd na melding wel voorzien). Vaatwasser werd pas voorlaatste dag van ons 10-daags verblijf hersteld. Meegehuurde laken- en handdoekenpakket bevatte geen keukenhanddoek en enkel lakens (te klein voor sommige bedden - geen hoeslaken, geen donsovertrek). Wasmachine en droogrek aanwezig, zeer handig. Zeer goede airco! Zeer slechte WIFI. - AIRBNB Suggeriments o millores: Juiste formaat lakens zou aangenaam zijn en 1 keukenhanddoek in handdoekpakket ook.

I stayed here with my family for 5 days in April. The property, surroundings and views overlooking the ocean are worth the stay on their own, but the house has all the amenities to keep the entire family happy and entertained. Magnifique villa au calme avec tout le confort et l'ameublement design et de qualité. Très bien entretenu et propre. Une vue incroyable depuis les terrasses et chambres, très ressourçant. L'autre maison n'était pas occupée, nous avons pu jouir pleinement de la tranquillité car les villas sont très jumelées avec peu de séparation, la piscine est en commun. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication avec l'agence, c'était parfait, il manquait juste une meilleure météo mais la maison est vraiment confortable donc on était bien (AIRBNB)

The house is in a unique location with fantastic views of the sea, Cap Ras, and the Pyrenees mountains rising from the sea. The house is higher on a hill and has a kind of hanging terrace that gives a completely open and spectacular view from above over the sea and the cape just in front of your eyes. Really fantastic views. The house is also very good. It is relatively recent, only about 7 years old, and it is very spacious and comfortable. It has very excellent options to enjoy the views and the sun, with a large terrace and a swimming pool on the ground floor, a large terrace on the second floor, and a balcony attached to the main bedroom on the first floor. All overlooking the sea. Unique views and spectacular sunrises from everywhere. The position of the main bedroom means waking up to spectacular sunrises directly from your bed. The communication and interaction with the agency were excellent. They were very prompt every time and very keen on sorting out our requests or questions. We also met the owners who were staying in the other, twin house, and they were also very nice people and were asking if we needed anything. Suggeriments o millores: I know that you are exploring new options for the internet connection. I hope you will be able to provide a normal residential connection. The 4G mobile connection through the Airbox was only 30Mbps at best, and a normal residential connection would be at least 100Mbps.
